The document was drafted by the Working Group on inclusion and participation of new generations of immigrant origin set up within the Consulta delle associazioni e delle organizzazioni (Council of Associations and Organisations) established and chaired by the Ombudsperson for Children and Adolescents.
In particular, the group sought to explore their level of satisfaction towards their inclusion, more or less positive, in a society with absolutely different characteristics from those experienced by their parents in their countries of origin.
A ‘snapshot’ of children born or raised in Italy by parents from many different parts of the world emerges from the study.
