Up Minors
An Inclusion Project
Presentation of the results of the ‘Up Minori’ project aimed at supporting the integration of young people accommodated in ‘apartments for independence’ in the metropolitan area of Florence
Area di attività
This volume describes the results of 'Up Minori’: un progetto di inclusione', the outcome of the collaboration between the Municipality of Florence, the Istituto degli Innocenti and managers of reception facilities (Co&So, Coop Sociale il Girasole, Diaconia Valdese Nosotras, Gruppo CORI).
Over the course of three years, from 2019 to 2021, the project, financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund of the Ministry of the Interior, supported the integration of young people housed in ‘apartments for independence’ in the metropolitan area of Florence.
For this project, the Istituto degli Innocenti was in charge of scientific support, documentation, monitoring, evaluation, and dissemination of the results. The evaluation plan, edited by its researchers, contains the 'stories of change', i.e., the keys to evaluate the activities implemented within Up Minori, starting with training, moving on to finding a job, and ending with socialisation.
